Agreement Overview
Made by Saleem is an individual business owned by Muhammad Saleem. By using this website, contacting me, submitting a project request, approving a quotation, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services including custom website development, Laravel CRM development, client portal development, business automation systems, e-commerce solutions and SEO with Google Business Profile optimization.

Quotations, Proposals & Approval

Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and timely project information.
- Provide required content, images, branding, login details and approvals on time.
- Review submitted work and provide clear feedback within the agreed timeline.
- Ensure that all supplied content, images, logos and documents are legally owned or licensed.
- Make payments according to the approved quotation, proposal or invoice.
- Do not request illegal, misleading, harmful, copyrighted or unethical work.
- Keep website/admin/hosting credentials secure after delivery.
Project Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines are estimates and depend on project scope, client response time, content availability, revision cycles, technical complexity and third-party service availability.
- Delays in client feedback, content or payment may delay delivery.
- Urgent delivery may require separate approval and additional cost.
- Delivery timelines begin after required payment and project materials are received.
- Final delivery is made after completion of agreed scope and payment obligations.
Revisions & Changes

Payment Terms
Payments are made according to the quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement. Work may not begin until the required advance payment is received.
- Advance payments confirm project booking and start of work.
- Milestone payments must be paid according to the approved payment schedule.
- Final files, credentials or deployment may be withheld until full payment is received.
- Late payments may pause work, delay delivery or affect support availability.
- Bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion charges or payment processor fees are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Official Payment Channels
Clients should only make payments using the official payment methods listed on the Payment Methods page or shared through an official invoice issued by Made by Saleem.
SEO & Marketing Results
SEO and digital growth work depends on multiple factors including competition, website condition, content quality, search engine algorithms, location, budget and client consistency.
- I do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic numbers, leads or sales.
- I use professional best practices to improve visibility, structure and performance.
- Search engine results may take time and can change due to algorithm updates.
- Advertising performance depends on audience, budget, offer, creative and market conditions.
Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party services such as hosting, domains, email providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, APIs, plugins, themes, software licenses or external platforms.
- Third-party fees are not included unless clearly mentioned in the proposal.
- Third-party downtime, pricing changes, policies or limitations are outside my control.
- The client is responsible for maintaining ownership and renewal of domains, hosting and paid tools unless agreed otherwise.
- I am not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform suspension, errors, policy changes or service failure.
Access, Credentials & Security
If login credentials are required for project work, they must be shared securely. Clients should change passwords after project completion where appropriate.
- I only request access required to complete the agreed work.
- Client credentials are handled professionally and used only for project delivery.
- After delivery, the client is responsible for ongoing credential security.
- Security updates, backups and monitoring require a separate maintenance agreement unless included.
Intellectual Property

Confidentiality
I handle confidential business information with care and do not intentionally disclose private project details, login credentials, business documents or sensitive information to unauthorized third parties.
A separate NDA may be signed where the project requires additional confidentiality terms.
Suspension or Refusal of Service
I may pause, refuse or terminate service where there is non-payment, abusive behavior, illegal activity, misleading requirements, violation of these terms, security risk, or unethical project purpose.
- Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.
- Support may be paused where communication becomes abusive or unsafe.
- Projects involving illegal, harmful or deceptive activity may be refused.
- Access to unpaid deliverables may be restricted until payment is completed.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund matters are handled according to the approved proposal, project stage, completed work and the Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made by Saleem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, downtime, ranking changes, third-party failures or missed opportunities.
Total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Website Use
- You may use this website for lawful business inquiries only.
- You must not attempt to hack, damage, copy, scrape or misuse this website.
- You must not submit false, harmful, abusive or misleading information.
- Website content may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. In case of a dispute, both parties should first try to resolve the matter through professional communication.
If the matter cannot be resolved through communication, it may be handled through the relevant legal process available under applicable law.
Force Majeure
I am not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, natural disasters, war, government restrictions, illness, payment gateway issues, platform outages or third-party service interruptions.
